These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SmartSeed Kids mobile application operated by SmartSeed Kids ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

SmartSeed Kids is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian of the child using the app, and you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of SmartSeed Kids may require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to your chosen plan.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Share your account credentials with others outside your immediate family.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within SmartSeed Kids — including stories, illustrations, audio recordings, characters, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of SmartSeed Kids and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Content

All stories, lessons, and educational materials within the app are curated for age-appropriateness. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add content at any time to improve the quality and safety of the app experience.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any content accessed through third-party links.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartSeed Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@smartseedkids.net.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
